Too Faced Melted Matte
The first up on my list is Too Faced Melted Matte. My love with Too Faced is a long-standing affair. If I’m being honest, one of the reasons I love Too Faced is because of their lip products. Melted Matte is a matte liquid lipstick. This lipstick is gorgeous. And when I say it’s longlasting I mean it. I can put it on first thing in the morning and between small snacks and drinking, it still looks amazing. It’s also very light. Even though it’s matte, it doesn’t dry out my lips. I often forget I’m wearing it because of how natural it feels.
As of right now, I have two different shades: Lady Balls and Sell Out. Lady Balls is a beautiful, bright red while Sell Out is a stunning pinky-brown. Sell Out is perfect for fall. Lady Balls is my go to during the holiday season. I get compliments a lot when wearing Melted Matte, especially the shade Lady Balls. It’s my perfect red, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, rich red.
Too Faced Melted
Moving along with my Too Faced train, I’m in love with Melted. This creamy liquid lipstick goes on smooth and looks beautiful. The applicator is a felt tip on the end of the tube. It’s perfect for filling in lips and for quick touch-ups. Does this lipstick last a long time? Not really. After eating or drinking a lot, you will need to reapply. But my favorite thing about this lipstick isn’t the longevity. My favorite thing about this lipstick is how it is velvety and lightweight. These are the reasons I never leave the house without it.
I keep Chihuahua in my purse at all times. It’s one of those lipsticks that’s the perfect shade of dusty rose. It adds enough to my lips to say hello but doesn’t draw any major attention. And that’s the way I like it. I still can’t believe I haven’t bought more of these, and I can’t wait to remedy that and stock up.
NARS Velvet Lip Glide
NARS Velvet Lip Glide is another lipstick that rarely leaves my purse. Like Too Faced Melted, Nars Velvet Lip Glide is lightweight and airy. It feels as if I’m putting moose on my lips. The applicator wand is easy to use and helps the product glide onto my skin. As the name suggests. NARS Velvet Lip Glide doesn’t last super long, but it feels amazing on my lips.
I have the shade Bound. It’s the perfect dusty rose. This liquid lipstick adds enough to my lips aren’t naked but doesn’t scream that it’s there. It’s like the Too Faced Melted lipstick. It doesn’t last for a serious meal, but it’s still beautiful.
stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick
I saved the best for last. stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick lives up to its name. This is my absolute favorite matte liquid lipsticks. I have four different shades: Perla, Baci, Aria, and Patina. All travel size, but all amazing. If you’ve read my other product reviews, you know I love when things smell good. These lipsticks smell like cake batter. Even better, they all last the longest out of all the lip products on this list. Even after eating two slices of pizza, Baci looks almost perfect. Same as all the others. Also, it’s so incredibly light and airy. It almost feels like I’m not wearing anything. A lot of times I forget I have anything on at all.
My favorite of the four is Patina. It’s a dusty rose that looks stunning. While I have colors I gravitate towards, this particular shade takes the cake. Not only does it last longer than the others on this list, but its matte formula doesn’t dry out my lips like other lipsticks. I honestly feel like I’m wearing nothing when I have this on.
And that’s my list! What are your top favorite lip products? Share them in the comments! Until next time.
